Along with providing the prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of injuries sustained by intercollegiate student-athletes (which includes emergency/acute care, evaluation, referral, modality application, and educational counseling relating to the student-athlete's overall wellness), the selected candidate will be responsible for the clinical instruction, supervision, and proficiency evaluation of athletic training majors pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree or the Masters of Science degree in Athletic Training.

This position is located on our Gorham Campus and will pay an annual salary up to $40,000 commensurate with experience.

• Master’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field OR Master's Degree must be completed within the first year of employment/hire.
• Minimum of two years professional experience in Athletic Training (includes graduate school) 

Licenses/Certifications:

• BOC (Board of Certification) Certification  
• State of Maine Athletic Training license (must obtain by appointment date) 
• Maintain Preceptor role in Athletic Training Education
• Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC) certification
• American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor Certification or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
