We are seeking a Lab Coordinator for our Maker Innovation Studio (MIST) on the Portland Campus. Our MIST Lab is a collaborative workspace for making, learning, exploring, and sharing. The Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of the MIST lab, ensuring a smooth workflow among projects, supervising students and contractors, monitoring procurement and budget expenditures, and producing reports. This position supports and trains students on the use of lab equipment and materials. The Coordinator facilitates all outreach activities and events. Additional responsibilities include management of equipment, maintaining computers, website, and social media presence, facilitating short-term and long-term projects, and performing all administrative functions for the lab. The person we seek for this position possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.

This is a full-time position, primarily weekdays with occasional nights or weekends as needed. This position salary range is $38,000 - $42,000. This position is located on the Portland Campus.
