The Survey Research Center at the University of Southern Maine’s Cutler Institute has immediate openings for part-time Survey Research Interviewers.  We are seeking telephone interviewers to work between 12 and 20 hours a week including evenings and weekend shifts.  Scheduling is flexible.  Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Interviewers are currently working both on campus and remotely, as they prefer, but some on-campus hours will be necessary for new hires for training and quality assurance purposes.  The option to work remotely is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant’s ability to access the University’s network from home as well as access to a private and confidential workspace within the home environment.

Basic computer proficiency is required.  Previous experience with telephone and/or face-to-face interviewing desired but not necessary.
